Disable MP before installing it

Hi All,

I have  a situation here.

Requirement:

I should be able to disable a MP before installing/importing it. So as to fine tune the MP as per the requirement.

disable an MP - disabling the rules/monitors/discoveries etc from the MP. once the MP is installed, the required component will be enabled based on the request.
