Hi,
I am just installing the SQL 2012 MP and have been working on the distribution of the run as account I created. The account is a member of a domain group which is given local admin access to all servers on the network so I went down the "Less secure" route and just distributed rightly or wrongly to all servers. I guess this would have worked fine but I am now getting "Run as Account Could Not Log On" because we have a DMZ of a few machines that has no authentication between domains (certificate is used for monitoring).
The only way I can see round this is to use more secure but have to manually add all the SQL servers. We dont use a naming convention that uses anything like SQL in the name so thats a bit of a manual excerise. Just wondered if there is a way to automate this in anyway or a better way of not getting the DMZ errors if not??
thanks
