26319 events flodded in SCOM 2012 Management server

Hi Experts,

I'm getting  1103, 7703, 26319, 1207 in SCOM RMSE.  particularly Event 26319 occurring every 2 mins.  Kindly provide your valuable suggestions

to fix this issue.

Below is the description of 26319 event.

An exception was thrown while processing GetUserRolesForOperationAndUser for session ID uuid:8587dea5-86e4-4eff-91b4-afc0f468ad3b;id=481.

Exception message: Value does not fall within the expected range.

Full Exception: System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range.
