SCOM 2012 R2 - Performance View - How to Show Values from Point in Time?

I have a Performance View from a Rule pulling an SNMP value from a bunch of Network Devices. It's working great. 

I want to be able to get the values of those counters at a point in time without having to extract data from "Copy Data to Clipboard."

Something like "What are the values around 07:30.
