SCOM 2012 Network Device Monitoring

Greetings!!!!

Currently we deployed SCOM 2012 in one of our customer place , Customer is asking to Provide following things as a Report and Dashboard .

1.Displays the application Name, Port Number Used, User Node, and Bytes Processed for Each Interface

2.Lists the Endpoints, Flow source, and Total Traffic Generated by Each Interface

3.Source & Destination IP address wise Traffic Flow (IP Accounting for Each Device)

we know Network Monitor tool can provide some of End to end application port details but that details how we can get from SCOM.

when we check in the SCOM 2012 we could not find these options, is there any one help us to solve this.
