server grayed out in the console

Hello,

I have several servers which are becoming grayed out in the console very often.

I found the article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/974722 but it did not apply as I have already SCOM 2007 R2 CU7 .

on #1 the event

is happening after each restart of the healthservice then it becomes event id 7034
