Path error when running SRSUpgradeTool.exe prior to SQL upgrade?

Error: Failed while getting SRS folder path when running the tool pre upgrade.  Details below

Syntax I am using is SRSUpgradeTool.exe /InstanceName:MSSQLServer /Action:PreUpgrade
