SCOM error Notification

Hi,

I have a problem with the notification in Scom 2012 , I followed the steps in the following article http://blogs.technet.com/b/kevinholman/archive/2012/04/28/opsmgr-2012-configure-notifications.aspx but I have always the same issue "Failed to send Notification : the smtp server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated ID 31505"
