SCOM 2012 Agent Discovery issues

Dear all,

When we try to install SCOM client agent on some machines , while discover the agent we are getting below error

The user does not have sufficient permission to perform the operation

As per above blogs , we aded the SDK account into OM administrators group. but still no luck

Can anyone let me what would be the issues here?
