Hey everyone, a quick question...
We have setup Office 365 monitoring here, and believe I have it all setup correctly. I am receiving "Resolved" Incidents in the SCOM Active Alerts however that show up as Critical Alerts. Is there a way to override it so that only Open Incidents show up here, and possibly get cleared out when resolved? I am having problems finding this anyhwere, and the rules are very unclear on if this is possible. THanks alot!
