SCOM 2012 R2 Network Discovery task completed no output available

Hi folks,

I am trying to add the network devices in my SCOM 2012 R2, I have created the network discovery rule which runs and completes the task successfully but with NO OUTPUT AVAILABLE. even I have tried both ways explicit and recursive to discover the devices.

i forgot to add the most important, there are no logs related to the network discovery in the Operations Manager event logs.

i have ran a tool called SNMPWALK which returns the values and OID of the routers but SCOM discovery still giving me the tough time. i need to add the devices ASAP, and start monitoring.

i have followed this troubleshooting process but with no success.
