Afternoon,
We are getting errors in SCOM for a lot of our Servers at the moment with the following Critical error named 'Antimalware Engine Malfunction'
'The antimalware service is not running, or the antimalware engine is corrupted. To restart, the service, run the recovery task in Health Explorer.'
This is a server running SCEP Client Version 4.2.223.1.
I have updated the definitions to the latest version but we are still receiving the same error. If I restart the service then SCEP will work for a short period of time before failing again. The server will start a quick scan and then fail half way through. This is generally on some temporary internet files.
I'm not sure what is happening at the moment I am hoping that someone can assist. Thanks.
