It seems as if the Global Service Monitor tool has some issues.
While it can monitor from the cloud, it does not seem to have a way to notify people of problems if the path back to the scom management server is down (ie, like the internet into a company where the scom server resides is down and therefore the websites hosted by that same company and being monitored by GSM are also down for external clients).
Does anybody have any ideas on a work around?
Thanks Lance
