We just deployed a new clustered instance of SQL 2014. The cluster is composed of two servers and has a SQL 2012 and SQL 2008 instance on it as well. The new instance has been discovered. Whenever health state changes now on the SQL 2014 instance (called INSTANCE3), it will not complete. It will hang at recalculating and show as queued in the task status view permanently.
All other recalculations/resets work as expected.
What I have tried:
1. Flush agent health state on both cluster nodes
2. Restarting both cluster nodes
3. Reinstalling the agent on both cluster nodes
4. Deleting the computers from OpsMgr, reinstalling the agent, and rebooting all at once
5. Checked the logs on all management servers and all agents - no errors or warnings reported
I still cannot reset or recalculate whenever health state changes on this instance. Everything else seems to work as expected.
