Agent not showing the correct version and patch list on operations console but shows correct version on the computer

Hi,

We're using SCOM 2012. Recently, we upgraded to UR3. But some of the agent shows a wrong version on operations console but shows a correct version on the properties of Microsoft Monitoring Agent Service on the computer.

Please help.
