Hi Experts,

I have an Azure china (https://manage.windowsazure.cn) account and i wanted to monitor Azure VMs in this account using SCOM 2012 R2.

I created certificate and uploaded into Azure management portal.

Imported management pack in SCOM 2012 R2 console.

Now when I try to add subscription details from SCOM Administration tab after selected certificate and password when i select add subscription i am getting below error:

Note:  The following information was gathered when the operation was attempted.  The information may appear cryptic but provides context for the error.  The application will continue to run.

System.Exception: Azure Management REST request is failed. Method:GET URI:https://management.core.windows.net/740f755a-b5f8-4b88-a541-f6a67dc0d17b StatusCode:Forbidden, ErrorCode:ForbiddenError ErrorMessage:The server failed to authenticate the request. Verify that the certificate is valid and is associated with this subscription. Exception:The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
