I am trying to get the Subscription ID field in our Ticketing Tool, but I am unable to get the Subscription ID Data Field anywhere in your Kevin Blog below.

Can anyone let me know what would be Subscription ID Identifier be for SCOM 2012.
We are trying to update our Ticketing tool to use the Subscription ID as Last Parameter for updating the Ticket with Some parameter which our Ticketing Tool would understand.
Note: I am aware of the Cmdlet “Get-SCOMNotificationSubscription”, however I need the Data Field Identifier for CMD notification to understand the Subscription ID as a Feed to it.
Appreciate any Pointer on this.
