SCOM Agent windows server issue

Hi,

Here the agent machine is Windows server 2012 64 bit. Its a workgroup machine. These workgroup servers are getting communicating with SCOM management servers through Root CA Server certificate.

*Am able to telnet to 5723 & 5724

*Certificate imported succesfully

Below is the error message am getting in Operations event logs from the agent server;

"Failed to initialize security context for target MSOMHSvc/Hostname. The error returned is 0x80090311(No authority could be contacted for authentication.).  This error can apply to either the Kerberos or the SChannel package."

Please assist..
