hard disk partitions for management server and database server

Hello All

Im planning to install operations manager 2012 in my environment consisting of around 200 clients. one management server and other one for DB. My question is how many disk partitions to be done for each individual server (MS SERVER & DB SERVER)and size of hard disk for each server needed? please advise.
