Minimum Requirement for SCOM 2007 R2 CU6

Hello,

What are the minimumrequirements to install SCOM Agent 2007 R2 CU6. I have several machines which are far behind CU1 and CU6 is failing. 

CU1 is running fine but I need to upgrade!!!

Any special steps to do between CU1 and CU6?
