Operations Manager, not enough permissions to monitor a service

Hello,

I am trying to monitor a windows service with a existing SCOM Server.

When I try to select the server to be monitored I get following error:

'Cannot open Service Control Manager on computer..., This operation might require other privileges'.

So it's clear this is a permissions problem.

But it's not clear to me where I need to define the necassary credentials. Also, should this account have admin rights on the targeted computer to monitor services,..?

The action account for this computer is local system. We use this scomserver to monitor BizTalk, there we defined the necassary credentials (So in Profiles).

Kind Regards,

Brecht
