Summary Dashboard for SQL servers in SCOM 2012 SP1 UR3

Hi All,

I have installed SCOM 2012 SP1 UR3 at the customer place.

Customer asked for Summary Windows dashboard & that is configured by following below link.

Now customer asked to configured same type of summary dashboards mentioned in above link for the SQL servers.
