SCOM Console always busy

Hello,

I have scom 2007 R2 CU7. I create or delete something in SCOM console and always i see "busy" in the status bar. And all actions take along time to finish

I have 3 servers (RMS, MS, DBs).

DB = 4 processors and 16gb RAM

RMS = 4 processors and 8ram

MS = 2 processors and 4 ram

what can i do?
