I hope I have the correct forum. We are using Office365 and all of our email is in the cloud. We have had several outages over the past year and most were on the Microsoft side of it, but we need to get more notification as to when the problems arise. I would setup tweet notifications to wake me up, etc. for #Office365status, but it gets blasted daily with messages. Is anyone using System Center to help manage Office365? I know there is a management pack just for the ADFS servers and that looks great, but did not know if there is anything else we can do? The idea is to spin up a couple of VMs, install Operations Manager on there, just for monitoring Office365. Not sure if anyone monitors dirsync with FIM, etc. but that side is not as critical. Would be great if there was a way to do some kind of synthetic transactions for email, etc.
