Publish report and log out from operation manager console

Hi All,

I have 2 questions:

1. I am working on operation manager console as administrator, i have set performance report with all the objects and counters inside and save it in my favorite reports. now i want other operators to run this exact report in their operation console (log in with different user), how can i do this? using the option "publish report"?

2. Is there any way to log out from operation manager console? (not web console)
