SCOM 2012 UR2 Command Notification Channel Delayed

Hello,

I have a Command Notification Channel that will execute a command base an alert.

I'm  seeing about 30 sec delay between the alert and when command starts to execute.

Is this normal? 30 sec (or more) is huge in monitoring.

On the MS that this command is executing there are no clients connected, CPU is under 3-4%, 32GB RAM, only 15K disks ,the db server has plenty of memory, FusionIO cards, same VLAN, 1GB LAN
