Error when running the first time Discovery

Hello,

I've Fresh System Center Operations Manager SP1 installation on a Hyper-v VM

and i have the Domain Controller installed on windows server 2012 and DB Server "MSSQL 2012 SP1"

It is a test environment after i have installed the Operations manager and tried to run the Discovery i got this error when started::
