Local time shown in UTC instead of Local

Hello

I have SCOM 2012 SP1. All fields where I use local time values (such as $Data/Context/DataItem/ResolutionStateLastModifiedLocal$ or $Data/Context/DataItem/LastModifiedLocal$ or $Data/Context/DataItem/DataItemCreateTimeLocal$) are displayed in UTC time. Although we are in UTC+1 zone (+2 now in Summertime), I installed an US-english version of SCOM. Where is there a setting to force SCOM to use local time ?
