SCOM 2012 SharePoint Dashboard Viewer Blank

I'm having issues with the SharePoint Operations Manager Dashboard Viewer Web Part. When adding the part to a page it's simply blank. I've tried multiple site collections. I've tried publishing vs. web part pages. No dice.

I believe I installed everything correctly. I have configured my Central Admin > Operations Manager Web Console Environments. The feature is active in the site collection. When I add the web part it takes the confirguration without any errors. It will even launch the OpsMgr web interface if if I select the option "Do you want to include a Launch Web Console link?" so it knows I have the right URL. The account I'm accessing it has the admin role in OpsMgr. The symptoms are similar to those described here but it's not an SSL issue since </label>SharePoint and OpsMgr are both HTTP.

Anyone have some insight? I've been through numerous blogs and forum post and turned up nothing.
