Schedule Maintenance Mode issue in SCOM 2007 R2

I'm using Schedule Maintenance Mode v1.0.1.0(C:\Program Files (x86)\System Center\SystemCenter Operations Manager 2007 R2 Admin Reskit\ScheduleMaintenanceMode\x64) on my SCOM 2007 R2 environment.

I do not see an option of 'am' or 'pm' in Create new schedule tab for either start time or end time. I've tried running the application as administrator with no luck.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.
