SMLT

BGP
EIGRP
OSPF
CDP (Cisco)
EDP (Extreme)
NDP (SONMP-Nortel)
FDP (Foundry)
EnDP (Enterasys)
LLDP (link-level discovery protocol)
The question is:
Is there any list about the protocols supported by SCOM 2012 SP1?
