I'm seeing the some errors in SCOM 2012 for our test environment. Our SCSM environment is 2012 SP1 with UR2 applied. SCOM environment is also at the same version and patch level.
I have not seen this error in our Production environment. Here are the details from the Alert Context tab of the Operation Failed due to SQL Server timeout alert:

We are not utilizing Orchestrator in our System Center environment. Any ideas on this one?
