SCOM SERVER Environment: windows2008R2 + SCOM2012 + AD Certificate service

SCOM Client Environment :windows 2003 R2 （Workgroup Model） +Manual install SCOM2012 Agent
Question: now found SCOM monitoring windows2003 workgroup computer, can't display the IP address in the state View , but in the domain windows2003 computer can display, win2008 domain and workgroup can display IP, is windows2003 workgroup cannot display. The following figure, because there are a lot of win2003 computer, so that can't display IP address.
