event ID 7011; event ID 7011 A Timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the NTRTScan service

Hello,

I am continuously receiving alerts on my SCOM server regarding" event ID 7011 A Timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the ntrtscan service".

I have checked the SCOM server where we are receiving this error but couldn't find anything.

NTRTscan (trend micro scan service) is working fine, like it was using high cpu resource but now it is working all fine and unfortunately I am still receiving this error on SCOM server event viewer.

So kindly can anyone guide me how to resolve this error and what exactly is the error either it has anything to do with AntiVirus or need to amend any setting on windows level. I am using windows 2008 R2 and SCOM 2007.
