Set-SCOMLicense -ProductId doesn't work

Hello All,

I'm trying to set the license for our SCOM deployment, but the powershell cmdlet: Set-SCOMLicense  doesn't seem to work.

I've ran it from an elevated powershell window and restarted the server, but still it doesn't seem to update the database.

What can I do?

I'm seeing this behaviour in 2 environments.

Sources have been downloaded from the Volume License Center (SCOM 2012 SP1)
