Hey,
I came into the office this morning to see this SCOM alert for the first time for one of our Exchange access nodes...
Alert: Scom agent failed to send perf data to SCOM. Issues may be occurring that are not being properly reported.

I checked the SCOM event log and I'm getting a lot of 10103 errors. I have the Exchange 2010 MP installed. One example fo the errors being...
In PerfDataSource, could not resolve counter instance MSExchangePop3, Transient Storage Errors/minute, . Module will not be unloaded.

They are available as objects to be monitored within perform.exe however when I select to add them and hit "ok" - they don't appear. I've also tried rebuilding the performance counter values usinglodctr /R - although this has made no difference to the 10103 warnings being generate although it did close the initial SCOM alert. I checked my other client access servers and they also have a number of these warnings.
Any advice would be greatly welcome?
