When we do our network maintenance and apply patches and then reboot systems it always seems like when our SCOM Management Server comes back up, SCOM is not alerting or notifying properly and it takes another reboot to get it to do so, any ideas why? Should some services be on delay or might it be something else? Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
