Scom server have event id 4502 and 1102 and 4513

Hi,

We have a lot of event in the vent viewer.

Event number 4502 repate most of the time. I saw a lot of people asked about this event but my event is different so the answers are not good for me.

Here is the event:

A module of type "Microsoft.SystemCenter.Cloud.OutsideInUnitModule.ExternalWebTestDataSource" reported an exception System.NotSupportedException: The ServicePointManager does not support proxies with the https scheme.
