[SCOM 2012 SP1] WMI Error on DC and Hyper-V

Hello,

I have this error on all my DC, RODC and Hyper-V serveur. For information, the RunAs account is "Allow log on locally".

Module was unable to execute the notification query.

Error: 
0x80041003
Details: Access denied

One or more workflows 
were affected by this. 

Workflow name: 
Microsoft.Windows.6.2.Cluster.NetworkInterface.StateMonitoring

These alerts are generated by three monitors :

- Service Check Data Source Module Runtime Failure

- Workflow Runtime: Failed to run a WMI query for WMI events

- Workflow Runtime: Failed to run a WMI query

Which rights need the RunAs account to launch these scripts and the WMI command?
