SCOM Monitoring Change for SEP Server

Hello,

I am new to SCOM. I have to perform following task. Someone please 'help me.

Please configure the following on the servers specified below.

1 run script C:\SOC\scripts\SEPDefChecks.ps1 every 24 hours using SCOM
2 Alert on failed task.
3 Monitor Log File  c:\SOC\output\SEPDefs.txt for any updates.
4 Raise incident when the file is updated and the line starts with the phrase RAISE CALL
Incident Priority:                       3             Assignment Group:- XYZ

How could this be perofrmed?
