SCOM R2 and NetCool Integration

At my company we are trying to setup the SCOM R2 <-> NetCool Integration by using the NetCool/Omnibus Probe

I defined as general guideline that all alerts to be forwarded to NetCool must have PriorityHigh; I defined overrides for the alerts coming from the sealed management packs and defined this priority for my custom rules and monitors

Does anyone have some experience with the SCOM - Netcool integration and have some advice, best practices, examples, lessons learned when setting up this connector ?
