Rules and Monitors Alert Priority Setting being turned down to Low

Hello

I have a SCOM 2007 R2 CU6 environment, I have many custom rules and monitors set to medium and high priority as far as alerting goes. Over the last few months I have noticed some of the rules and monitors have had their alert priority changed from medium or high to low (meaning in our environment no emails or sms, as the notification subscriptions are set to medium and high accordingly)

Therefore to me it seems one of the engineers is adjusting the alert priority on the monitor/rule to possibly quieten down their day.

However I just want to check with the community at large if they had every seen this odd behaviour before? in case there is a rare bug?

Also, without plugins etc, I do not believe you can audit this this type of change (and which user made the change) to a monitor or rules alert priority setting?
