We have a number of alerts where notifications where sent out but we cant find the closed alert or open alert in the scom console.
When we click on the link in the email notification that takes us to the web console view for that alert, we get
<fieldset>500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
</fieldset>How can alert data be missing? Yesterday we had many alerts(notifications) that we cant find in the scom console now. Other notifications during the same day do show.
How would this be possible unless these alerts where removed the from the dbs?
