Do I need a license for Uninterruptible Power Supply?

Hello!

I want to monitor some infrastructure devices with SCOM 2012. Tell me please, do I need a management license for devices like:

1) UPS (with integrated management modules available by SNMP)

2) APC Netbotz with a number of sesnsors (Netbotz itself is available by SNMP)

3) APC Data Center Expert (APC monitoring server with Linux OS, which can be integrated with SCOM by using management pack from APC).
