SCOM 2012 R2 Network monitoring - Latency,temperature

Hi,

I am new to Network monitoring. Can any one let me know how we can monitor Latency,fans, power supply, cards, and temperature using SCOM 2012 R2. Does SCOM out of box support this or do we need to create custom monitor or rule.If yes how can we capture the information from devices.
