Data Warehouse issue?

Hi,

We have 1 RMS, 1 MS & 250 Agent Managed Servers - OpsMgr 2007 R2 CU3

The MS is constant in a Critical State on the basis of the following Alerts:
 
Alert: Event data collection process unable to write data to the Data Warehouse

Alert: Performance data collection process unable to write data to the Data Warehouse

Both Alerts have approximately the same Alert Description:
Performance data collection process unable to write data to the Data Warehouse. Failed to store data in the Data Warehouse. The operation will be retried.
Exception 'SqlException': Management Group with id '17452529-39AA-42D0-355F-917EE7D8E197' is not allowed to access Data Warehouse under login 'OSLHMOD1\scomaction'

It it seems to be a problem with 'OSLHMOD1\scomaction' user ...? How can I solve this?

Please advice.
