Custom Logical Disk Monitoring in SCOM-2012 SP1

Hi Friends,

I would like to Monitor Logical Disk in that a way that if used Space exceeds the limit (say 100 GB) SCOM should generate critical alert and more than 90GB generate Warning alert.

i did not find any option for this. Can we customize it accordingly.
