List All Monitors and Rules per Group of Servers

Hello,

I would like to run a query/report/view listing all monitors and rules applied to a server or a group of servers.

I saw sevarl sources:

but could not find what I need:

Server name , Rule/Monitor Name, Enabled/Disabled, Values, Overrides, etc...

From the query of Kevin "Noisiest Monitor in the database – PER Object/Computer in the last 7 days:" I have a question...  does StateChangeEvent has at least one item for each Monitor per Compueter as I saw some Monitor are still showing 0 under Health Explorer even the installation did not stamped it...?
