How to create RAG Status dashboard in SCOM 2012

Hi

I want dashboard which should show only RAG status based on %CPU utilization, %Memory utilization and % Free space parameter. How can I do this. 

When I am creating performance view dashboard then it show RAG status but not on based on above 3 parameters. It gives results on based on objects.

FYI, I do not want SLO dashborad.
