Management Servers grayed out SCOM 2012

Hello,

I've 3 management servers and both DB and MS are in same data centers. Frequently i'm facing MS are grayed out but alerting normal and getting alerts from agents are also normal. i've done few steps

1. restart all MS

2. Flush healthservice cache

3. checked DB , DW space

Around 48 network devices are in monitoring and it has been assigned to separate MS no other agents are reporting to that MS. Also we've HP blade enclosures MP installed and solarwinds integrated with SCOM 2012.

Could anyone help me to identify the issue and fix it?
